Buying art with us

💳 Payment

• We accept bank transfers (BACS in the UK, SWIFT/IBAN internationally).

• Sorry, no card or PayPal payments at the moment.

• We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

🚚 Delivery

• Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once payment clears.

• International shipping is available — costs and times vary.

• Insurance can be added at extra cost if you’d like peace of mind.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• You can return non‑commissioned artworks within 14 days.

• Return postage is paid by the customer.

• Refunds are issued once the artwork is back undamaged, to the same bank account you paid from.

• Commissions (bespoke pieces) are non‑refundable unless faulty.

🖼️ Artwork

• All pieces are original works by the artist.

• Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the piece, but copyright stays with the artist.

• Reproducing or using the image commercially requires written permission.

📦 Packaging

• Every artwork is carefully packaged for safe travel. Larger works may be crated.

• For questions or to arrange a viewing, just get in touch — we aim to reply within 2 working days.

🔐 Privacy

• We follow UK GDPR rules.

• Your details are only used to process your order and delivery.

• We don’t share your data except with couriers or if required by law.

• You can ask us to update or delete your information
